Director, Development and Strategy
Baishali is Director of Development and Strategy at Centre for Civil Society, India’s leading think tank and Founding Trustee of India Institute that promotes dignity, choice and enterprise through innovative research, evidence- based policy advocacy and litigation for free market policies. Her experience of over 16 years spans across organization development, strategic planning, fundraising, communications and training with think tanks globally. Prior to this, she was a journalist for over five years and has served as Editor, Associate and Assistant Editor for Nepal’s leading business (the boss), women’s (VOW) and lifestyle (ECS) magazines. She holds a master’s degree in Zoology from the University of North Bengal, a Think Tank MBA from Atlas Leadership Academy, Atlas Network, USA and is a graduate of Harvard Business School Strategic Non-Profit Management India 2019 program.
